Aimers Academy provides tutoring and academic support services with the aim of assisting students to improve their knowledge, skills, and performance in school and on standardized tests.

Educational success depends on numerous factors beyond the instruction and services provided by Aimers Academy and its tutors. These include the student’s own effort, commitment, attendance, and practice. Progress also relies on the student’s level of preparedness, aptitude in the subject matter, ability to remain engaged, and mental state during tutoring sessions.

While Aimers Academy and its tutors will make reasonable efforts to help students strengthen their knowledge and test-taking abilities, we cannot promise, estimate, or guarantee the achievement of specific quantitative academic goals set by parents and students. Examples include:

 

  1. Raising a grade in a class by a defined number of letter grades
  2. Achieving a specific class rank or percentile
  3. Obtaining a targeted score on an exam (such as SAT, ACT, AP exam)
  4. Admission into a particular academic program or institution

 We do not guarantee that tutoring will yield specific letter grades in school courses, scores on standardized tests, or admission to educational institutions. Outcomes depend on the student’s own work ethic, intangibles, and external factors out of our control.

Our tutors will work diligently to help each student maximize their potential and improve upon their skills and knowledge base. However, due to individual differences and circumstances, Aimers Academy cannot be held accountable or liable if advertised tutoring services do not directly result in desired learning objectives and milestones.
